In-Store Pick-Up
Curbside and in-store pick up:
Please wait for email confirmation before coming for pick up. Allow up to 24-48 hours for in-store/curbside pick-up.
We will contact you if there are any issues with your order that need to be addressed before pick up.
Curbside Pick Up: Please call us at 905-528-1858 when you arrive to co-ordinate Curbside pick up.
ALL Pick up orders will be held for 7 days before being cancelled unless you make alternative arrangements that have been agreed upon.
Pick up orders are available during store hours: Monday-Friday 11am-5pm and Saturday 11am-4pm
Local Delivery & Shipping
Local Delivery:
$25 Minimum for delivery
$3.99 for all orders $25 - $50
Orders over $50 delivered free of charge
Your order will be delivered in 1-5 Business Days.
Our delivery window is 8AM – 6PM, Monday-Saturday.
Local Delivery Zones:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.
Local delivery is available for the following areas;
Ancaster, Brant County, Brantford, Burlington, Dundas, Grimsby, Haldimand County, Hamilton, Niagara Region, Oakville, Simcoe, Six Nations, St. Catharines, Stoney Creek, Waterdown
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Deliveries are completely contactless and we will leave your order at your front door.
We will do our best to accommodate any requests.
Shipping:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipped orders will primarily be sent via Canada Post. Purolator or UPS may also be used.
We currently only ship within Canada

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned up to 60 days after you receive it with proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, we can offer store credit, provided the product is in saleable condition.
We cannot accept returns/exchanges of expired products.
If you have changed your mind or purchased the wrong product, we can exchange in store only if the product is in saleable condition.
Due to health and safety concerns products such as individual capsules, open packages of coffee/tea/hot chocolate/cider or freshly ground beans cannot be returned.
Any items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” are not returnable.
