This washed Peruvian green coffee comes from the Montegrande Agricultural Producers Association in Cajamarca, Peru, a Fairtrade and Organic certified group of smallholder farmers growing coffee at elevations between 1,500 to 1,900 masl. These certifications support responsible farming practices while helping ensure more stable pricing and reinvestment at origin. This coffee reflects a collective effort to improve quality, sustainability, and long-term stability in coffee-growing communities.
