Almost all of the beans that are grown and exported in Peru are arabica beans. Typically, these beans are sweet, bright, mellow in flavour, and mild in acidity. In addition, they are lighter in body, and have numerous variations of flavour profiles that will satisfy any palate. Sweet and vibrant, the flavour is perfect to drink on its own as a black coffee, or with whatever additions you add to it.
